O novo paradigma das ONGA existentes e novas é que devem ser boas gestoras. Chamaria apenas Organizações Ambientais. Profissionais abundam, redes existem, há que capturar interesses de privados e capitalizar as ONGA recuperando património, possuindo reservas naturais, equipadas com laboratórios independentes, formulando relatórios imparciais e criando emprego.
